The SIMPLIFY Brewer was designed to increase coffee extraction while making the brewing process quick, easy and able to deliver predictably consistent results.
The SIMPLIFY brewer works with Kalita Wave filters papers by effectively suspending the filter paper with minimal contact points between the filter and the brewer. This maximises the flow rate and reduces heat lost during the brewing process resulting in a high extraction brew and short brewing time.
Recommended Recipe
- Set a paper filter in SIMPLIFY the Brewer, and rinse the filter.
- Pour water at the centre of 15g of ground coffee for 30 seconds.
- Wait for 60 to 90 seconds until all the water drops from the brewer.
- Serve and enjoy!
