We recently fell in love with coffee from Khun Lao, and now we have our second coffee from the farm, this stunning Anaerobic Black Honey process Chiang Mai. This is a local variety which is a cross of Catimor and SL28. Grown by Jaroon Jaipan and brought through an innovative Anaerobic Black Honey process, this coffee is bursting with sweetness with a distinctive raspberry zing.
