La Ilusion Natural is one of our all time favourite coffees at 3fe. We've loved having Ernesto Menendez's coffee since we opened in late 2009. This is the second time we've had the pleasure of roasting La Ilusion Natural this year, and we are delighted to have it back. This has been one of the highest quality El Salvadoran Natural coffees we have tasted in a long time.
