This farm is jointly owned by Julio & Juana Gonzales. They are a part of the Sol de Mañana programme which gives farmers the tools and training to grow coffee for the specialty market. Unlike the honey process from Juana, this is a washed coffee, with a surprisingly creamy mouthfeel.
