Since roasting our first coffee from Khun Lao in 2022 we have been keen try as many coffees from the farm as possible. This local variety, Chiang Mai, is a cross of Catimor and SL28. Grown by Jaroon Jaipan and brought through an innovative Natural drying process, this coffee is delicate and sweet, akin to a Costa Rican coffee.
