To put it simply, we love coffees from Ernesto Menendez's farm, La Ilusion. Right now we are lucky enough to have both the Washed, and Natural process Bourbons from La Ilusion on our single origin list. While both coffees are magnificent on their own, we did a little experiment by blending the Washed and Natural bourbons and the results were stunning. This once-off, super rare blend is a 50/50 combination of the two. One Farm, one variety, two processes.
