This is a special one, Nejapa Natural is our first Elefante variety coffee and one that we have been waiting to land for quite a while now. Elefante is a much larger bean than usual coffees and is more akin to Pacamara visually. It makes for a warm, delicate cup with a hit of citrus and spiciness.
