While La Loma is a new farm to us, this coffee has been milled at Don Mayo, which we have gotten some amazing Costa Rican coffees from previously. From experience, we've come to expect great things from Don Mayo and La Loma has not disappointed. This Yellow Honey process Catuai is warm and sweet, with a particularly creamy and sustained mouthfeel.
