Los Trapiches is an excellent example of a quality Columbian coffee, this washed caturra is the result of 20 smallholder farmers working together in the Huila region. A staple component in our Momentum blend, Trapiches completely stands on its own and we wanted to showcase its quality by making it available. In the cup you'll find a dried cranberry acidity combined with a caramel sweetness and mouthfeel.
