We're always delighted to debut a farm that we haven't had on our list before. Today, we introduce to you, this wonderful coffee from the Wiang Pa Pao farm in Thailand. The washed process showcases some really pleasant qualities; a very delicate acidity and a unique sweetness courtesy of the local Chiang Mai varietal that we love so well.
