It's been a little while since we have had a coffee from Thailand on our list, and this Chiang Mai from Khun Lao is a great way to reacquainted with Thai coffee. Chiang Mai is a local variety which is a cross of Catimor and SL28. Grown by Jaroon Jaipan and brought through an innovative Anaerobic Natural drying process, this coffee is delicate and sweet, akin to a Costa Rican coffee.
