Coffee has been grown by The Perez family at La Soledad since 1895. Over the last decade or so, under the stewardship of Raul Perez, La Soledad has started to cultivate more and more specialty coffees and milling on-site. This washed Typica is a great example of the great leaps Raul has made in coffee production. This coffee has a pleasant sweetness and mellow acidity that really shines when in cools down.
