Coffee has been grown by The Perez family at La Soledad since 1895. Over the last decade or so, under the stewardship of Raul Perez, La Soledad has started to cultivate more and more specialty coffees and milling on-site. This washed H1 is a perfect example of the great leaps Raul has made in coffee production. This coffee is balanced perfectly, a warm sweetness with just enough acidity.
