The Uraga mill is owned by Israel Degfa, who is also the man behind Ana Sora. The coffee comes from over 2000 smallholder farmers in the Guji area, and the mill itself sits at extremely high altitude. This means cooler temperatures and a slower drying time when processing the coffee cherries, which improves the flavour.
