This coffee is the result of a very special collaboration between El Vergel and farmers from Palo Cabildo. In an effort to introduce natural processing to Palo Cabildo, El Vergal shared their expertise. Producing Natural process coffees brings better prices to local farmers and reduces the water needed for washed coffees, making it a more sustainable process. What resulted from this collaboration is a big bold classic natural coffee, lots of dark sweet fruitiness combined with an earthy spiciness.
