A returning light – Rosendo Megar is a coffee which is synonymous with 3fe, many of our customers will be familiar with this one. When this years lot became available, we jumped at the opportunity to work with Rosendo again.

Situated in the Loayza colony in the region of Franja se los Yungas, the coffee is fully washed with a 15 hour underwater fermentation process, it is then dried for 9 days on raised African beds at the Buena Vista Mill. Rosendo is continually trying to improve his processes and notes the details of the different picking days so he can make improvements in the next harvest.
