Brown sugar, orange, rooibos.

This is the third and final coffee from the Rodriguez family at La Llama. We've already had the yellow caturra, and now it's time for the orange! Ripe coffee cherries are normally red or yellow, so it's quite unusual to have a variety with orange cherries. It definitely has a unique and complex taste, and maybe it's our minds being led by the name, but we get loads of juicy orange-like acidity.
