Thailand - Doi Pangkhon: Washed, Catuai Typica & Chiang Mai

Plum, dark chocolate, hazelnut

The villagers of Doi Pangkhon belong to Akha Hill tribe. They are very young for coffee farmers, mostly between 25- 35 years old. Chiang Mai is a local variety which is a cross of Catimor and SL28. This combination provides disease resistance without sacrificing flavour.

Thailand is a brand new coffee origin for us, and we are loving the depth of sweetness and complexity in this coffee.
