This is the second coffee from the forest project at Las Brumas. Ernesto Menéndez has been growing coffee varieties in the forest on his farm without sacrificing the existing ecosystem. It was a slow and risky venture, but has paid off for Ernesto. This version of the pacamara is naturally processed, so expect a punchier and fuller coffee with all of the usual sweetness.
